MOAI Flex is a new approach to workplace mental health. If you’d like to learn more about how it works, we’ve answered some of the most common questions we’ve received.

MOAI Flex is a pay-as-you-go service. We operate a subscription model which ranges from £0.50 – £1 per employee per month, dependant on the size of your organisation. Initial triage calls with a MOAI psychiatrist (30 mins) is £60, and treatment costs vary based on the individual needs of your employee. A comprehensive list of prices can be found here.

Our team is made up of qualified psychiatrists, psychologists, psychotherapists, occupational therapists and physiotherapists. Everyone is highly qualified, fully accredited by their relevant governing body and has gained experience in both NHS and private settings. Treatment plans are based on individual needs. Where appropriate we will signpost employees to other sources of support, such as your EAP if you have one, or local services. If we find that an employee would benefit from specific assessments and interventions, we will always discuss this you with upfront, including costs, so you can assess if you are able to go ahead. As a CQC Registered clinical service we have a responsibility to ensure that we only recommend treatment that’s necessary.
